We’re Hiring! Employment Development Worker
£26,936.00 p/a | Ealing | 35 hours per week | Full time | Permanent | 7:45am-3:15pm

We are looking for an Employment Development Worker (EDW) to join our incredible team at Dare To Dream.
Dare To Dream is a job skills training programme for adults with learning disabilities. The service builds confidence, professionalism, and independence in the community through employment and volunteering opportunities and person-centred activities.
You’ll:
- Create, develop and manage meaningful volunteering and employment opportunities for trainees.
- Organise and deliver inclusive, person-centred sessions and activities
- Encourage adults to build confidence, independence and valuable skills
- Work alongside a friendly and supportive team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference.
- Has excellent communication skills and can build meaningful relationships.
- Has a hands-on, proactive approach to supporting individuals achieving their goals.
- Is reliable, empathetic, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
