Happy New Year To You All.

Having had a much welcome break over Christmas, we were looking forward to welcoming all our customers back to Enterprise Lodge, Dare To Dream and Fresh Start/Trailfinders on 11th January 2021. 

However, Ealing Council have written to us this week with important news. They have told us they have decided to temporarily suspend all face-to-face building based services. As a result our usual in-person services for adults and children must remain closed until further notice. 

The Council is now considering the risks posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and the new ‘lockdown’ national guidance in detail. They will come back to us soon with more information about when we can reopen. They have advised that customers, families or carers can contact the Learning Disabilities Duty Team via the usual email address; Learning_Disabilities_Duty_Team@ealing.gov.uk 

In the meantime the Ealing Mencap staff are happy to provide remote support to customers and their families, much as they did in the first lockdown.
