Not to be outdone, customers who take part in our RealMe activity programme have also made a Christmas video for you to enjoy.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we’ve had to make lots of changes to our services. But one positive has been involving customers in digital technology and they have loved it. From providing them with a device, we moved on to teaching the basics, and now they’re making videos which can be seen on YouTube.
This is a real step forward for many of those we support, and in the New Year we will be doing more to reduce digital inequality and ensure everyone can benefit from technology in their every day life.

Our services will be closed to customers from 24th December until 5th January. In the meantime we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
