RealMe is outcome focused and person-centred, providing people opportunities to enjoy new experiences, grow in confidence and enhance their life skills. The service helps improve people’s quality of life and encourages people to have more choice, control and voice to enjoy a greater level of independence.

Our customers are involved in designing the activity programme and it changes regularly according to the seasons, people’s preferences, and partner offerings.  All of our activities encourage and enable people to make use of the wider community, including using public transport and recreational facilities and services.
