We work with young people who are preparing to leave school or college. We also work with young people who have left college and are stuck at home with nothing to do.

  • We can provide information, advice and support to young people and their families about their choices- college, work, volunteering, apprenticeships, leisure, short breaks and housing issues.

  • We can support young people to develop person centred plans, apply for college places and work opportunities, and to plan for the future.

  • We can advocate for young people to help them get the services they need.

  • We run drop ins and speaking up groups for young people, and help them to put their views forward to influence decision makers in Ealing Council.

  • We run information sessions for parents at local special schools, and also at Ealing Carers’ Centre to help parents with the choices that come with transition.

  • We campaign for better services for young people, so that there are real opportunities and genuine choices to be made.
