SVP volunteer

The Project

To offer practical support such as cleaning, gardening or shopping to vulnerable elderly people in their homes or gardens.  It is a Buddying Scheme where two volunteers will work together as a ‘team’ to provide this support.  You will be providing 2 hours of support every week!

Your Role

You and a person with a learning will be working as a team to carry out some of the tasks below:

1.    Vacuuming
2.    Washing up
3.    Dusting
4.    Cleaning bathroom, toilets , or shower
5.    Cleaning cupboards
6.    Shopping- buying basics food like bread/milk etc
7.    Gardening- weeding, mowing the lawn, planting

Location:

Within the borough of Ealing Borough.

Days and time you can volunteer

Wednesday or Fridays

Time: 10-3pm
